There are five short stories

'Is this the promised end' was written in 1970, two years before I left school. Unpublished, unsurprisingly.

'Beginning or Ending' was written for a writers mag competition in 1986, my first writing submission.

'Saying Goodbye' was broadcast as a 'Morning Story' on BBC Radio 4 in 1988.

'Pretending Things' was intended as the holiday counterpart to the school story, also 1988.

'Last Day' was imagining the end of a possible career path. Unknown date.
