Plays from the original green folderClick image for home page

Extracts from three plays were included in the original green folder.

'Getting On' by Alan Bennett is still the only play I've seen twice in one week.

'Look Back in Anger' marked a turning point in British drama history with the arrival of the 'angry young men' in 1956.

'Rosencrantz and Guildernstern are Dead' by Tom Stoppard was our school leaver's play in 1972, appropriately enough following two years of studying "Hamlet'.

Other dramatic snippets are in the mixed bag of 'Quotations'.
